These terms govern use of EONAPP.ch. This release is local-first and does not activate paid features, wallet payments, token transfers, NFT sales, or a reward program.

Public trust policy
This page follows the current public trust boundary: no verified payment activation, no wallet approval, safe public support evidence, local-first privacy, no active refund process, no investment advice, and no profit or result promises.
- Safe evidence: route, timestamp, browser version, device context, and a redacted screenshot where relevant. No payment proof is requested because no payment path is active.
- Never share secrets: seed phrase, private key, full API key, wallet backup file, password, or full card data.
- Manual review: abuse reports, impersonation concerns, privacy requests, and policy exceptions require human review. No refund or payment-dispute process is active because this release has no checkout.
Digital-access service
EONAPP provides browser-based AI, Vault, EON City, Market preview, and workflow tools. This release has no paid plan, checkout, subscription term, crypto payment, wallet fallback, or automatic entitlement activation.
No financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice
EONAPP may include AI, Market preview, Research Lab, City, Realm, and business-assistant surfaces. These are informational, entertainment, and productivity tools only. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for independent verification and professional advice before acting.
Commercial status
No payment rail, checkout, subscription purchase, wallet fallback, token transfer, affiliate payout, or reward campaign is active in this release. Do not send funds, wallet details, payment evidence, or personal information in expectation of access or a reward.
Wallet and token boundary
No wallet, token, NFT purchase, or on-chain transfer is active from the current EONAPP product routes. Archived research and historic source files are not a public service offer or an instruction to transact.
Local-first limitations
EONAPP keeps many preferences, vault records, generated assets, receipts, and approval memories in browser storage. Clearing device storage, changing browser profile, losing a vault backup, or switching devices may remove local state unless you kept exportable proof or a future account product explicitly supports recovery.
Optional Google Login
Guest use remains available. Optional Google Login may be used for account access, future verified purchase entitlements, and recovery of that minimal cloud account. It uses only identity scopes and does not grant Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, YouTube, or other Google-service access.
Google Login does not back up or synchronize browser-local Chat, Vault data, projects, files, Realm setup, City progress, provider settings, or encrypted exports. You are responsible for creating and retaining an encrypted backup for local work you cannot lose. A Profile deletion action removes only minimal cloud account/session metadata; it does not delete local data that was never uploaded.
Acceptable use
You must not use EONAPP to abuse payment rails, misrepresent identity, attack third-party systems, evade laws, distribute malware, steal credentials, impersonate people without consent, bypass platform rules, or conduct unlawful financial activity. Operator/admin areas are restricted to approved administrators.
NFT, reward, and market surfaces
Market generation creates private local previews only after an explicit user action. No NFT mint, collectible sale, lootbox, reward, token, referral value, resale, liquidity, income, trading performance, or appreciation claim is active.
Availability and changes
Features, routes, AI providers, local previews, device support, and experimental renderers may change for security, compliance, cost, or reliability reasons. Beta or experimental features may be removed, degraded, or gated while the product is being hardened.
Support channel
Use the Support Center for technical issues, abuse reports, privacy concerns, and policy cases. Send only safe public proof. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, full API keys, wallet backup files, passwords, full card data, or payment evidence.
